WeareCreatives respects your privacy. This policy explains the personal information we may receive when you contact us or purchase a design service.

Information we receive

We may receive your name, email address, project brief, business information, design requirements and messages when you contact us or place an order. Payment details are handled by the payment provider used at checkout and are not stored on this portfolio website.

How we use information

We use information to respond to enquiries, provide design services, deliver files, manage revisions, process support requests and meet our business obligations.

Project files and artwork

We may retain customer briefs, working files and final project files for as long as reasonably necessary to deliver the service, support revisions or keep business records. We do not promise permanent file storage. Customers should retain copies of final files. You may contact us to ask about deletion of information that is no longer required.

Sharing information

We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers only where needed to operate the service, communicate with you, deliver files or process an order. The website uses Google Tag Manager to load Google Analytics 4. Analytics helps us understand page visits and interactions, including clicks to our design shops and email contact links. It may process information such as browser and device details, pages viewed and approximate location. Our custom click events do not include email addresses, message content or project briefs. Website services

Website hosting providers may process technical request information to deliver and protect the site. The site loads its wordmark font from Google Fonts. Google services are subject to Google’s Privacy Policy. If you follow a link to Etsy or WeareCreatives to buy a service, that website’s privacy and checkout terms apply.
