Terms & Conditions

These terms explain how WeareCreatives provides digital design services and what you can expect when you place an order.

Before you order

Please read the full description and process for the service you are purchasing, review these terms and check the current processing time. By placing an order, you confirm that you understand the service, process and timeline.

Payment and start of work

Payment is required before design work begins. Work starts after payment and the required project information or questionnaire has been received.

Refunds and cancellations

We offer a 100% refund if you are not satisfied with the initial design concepts, subject to the terms below. No refund is available once revisions have been requested or a design has been selected. Rush orders are non-refundable once work has started. PayPal fees and applicable taxes may be deducted from any refund.

Project timeframe

We aim to respond to questionnaires within 24 hours, provide initial concepts within 4–5 business days, and complete revisions within 1–2 business days unless a listing states a different timeframe. If a customer becomes inactive for 30 business days without notice, the project may be treated as abandoned and completed.

Digital delivery and approval

Final files are delivered digitally by email or file transfer. There are no shipping costs. Customers are responsible for checking spelling, details and accuracy before giving final approval.

Fonts and source materials

Font files are not supplied with artwork. Font names can be provided on request where appropriate. Final artwork rights and included file formats are governed by the specific service listing.
